Un-Registering a DLL

On the system that has the DLL that you cannot delete in Explorer or process stopped Windows Task Manager.

Bring up Start/Run and type in :Regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Srng\SNHelper.dll"

where "location on hard-drive" is where the offensive file resides.
